The following Terms and Conditions ("T&C") regulates the relations between you and Remaps Ltd (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Parties"). By using this Platform, you agree to comply with these T&C and the Privacy Policy.
1.1 Website shall mean a Remaps website hosted at https://analytics.remaps.ai, used to provide Services in accordance with these T&C.
1.2 Remaps Services shall mean provision of access to the whole list of Website services or part of Website services to the User based on the User's choice of a specific service package.
1.3 Service Package shall mean a list of Website services to which the User is granted access upon the creation of an account and payment of the subscription fee.
1.4 User ("You", "Your") shall mean the physical or legal person who have registered to a specific Service Package.
1.5 Account shall mean the User's account of registration which allows the User to receive the Services.
1.6 Content shall mean any information materials, including text, graphic, audio, video, and other materials the User may get access to in the course of using the Services.
1.7 Subscription shall mean the Service Package selected by the User on the Platform on a permanent monthly/quarter/yearly basis.

To receive the Services you shall register Your account and authorize it on the Website. By registering Yourself, you guarantee that the information You provide is true, up-to-date, accurate, and complete. During the registration, the User shall provide:
The Services are available to users over the age of 18. You shall be responsible for keeping the details of Your Account in secret. In the event of unauthorized access to Your Account, You shall promptly notify us via 22848322 and/or info@remaps.ai.
REMAPS will provide the User with access to the Website to use the following range of functionality:
In certain circumstances, a separate agreement may be executed between the Parties to specifically address matters including payment, subscription terms, and refund policies. In such cases, the terms of the separate agreement might prevail over the T&C outlined in this document.
The Services are provided via the Internet using the Platform's software. The Company does not assume liability for any technical failures resulting from failures and/or lack of stable Internet connection on the User's part.
Remaps does not guarantee that no technical problems will occur, that access to the Services will be continuous, or that any error in the Website operation will not arise. Under no circumstances shall the Services be construed as and/or used instead of any Land Surveyor, Real Estate Agent, or Property Valuer service.
Our platform provides its services on a subscription basis. The fee for the chosen plan is automatically deducted until You cancel the subscription. Payment for the Services shall be made in the form of 100% advance payment. Information about the cost of the Services is available at https://analytics.remaps.ai.
We reserve the right to provide Users with access to certain functions free of charge or at a reduced price on special terms.
You are only eligible for a refund in the event that the Services were not available for the entirety of Your subscription period due to a technical error on our behalf. All fees and charges needed for the refund shall be paid by the User.
Sale of any information obtained by Users via the Platform is not allowed.
You are using the Website solely for the purposes allowed by these T&C and in compliance with applicable law. You will not take any actions aimed at causing damage or interfering with the operation of the Website. Complaints about other Users' actions violating these T&C can be sent to info@remaps.ai.
Any information on the Website is solely of informative nature. Any analysis is based solely on public and Department of Lands and Surveys (DLS) data. This information is for general information purposes only and should not be the sole basis for real estate, financial, or investment decisions.
Your personal data shall be collected and processed in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
All content, design, graphics, and other materials related to the provision of the Services are protected in accordance with applicable copyright, trademark and property laws and belong to us. The copying, distribution, or publication of any intellectual property by You is strictly prohibited.
You shall be fully liable for any breach of the terms and obligations established by these T&C. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". The Company does not assume responsibility and does not give any guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability and quality of the Services.
The Parties will try to settle any disputes amicably by means of negotiations. In the event of a dispute, we recommend contacting us first via info@remaps.ai. Any dispute which cannot be resolved directly shall be settled in a competent court of Cyprus.
The Parties shall be fully released from liability for failure to fulfill the T&C which occurred as a result of force majeure circumstances, including fires, floods, wars, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond either Party's control.
These T&C shall enter into force from the moment of the first visit to the Platform. Either Party may terminate the relationships defined herein at any time and for any reason covered by this document.
The legislation of the Republic of Cyprus shall govern Your access to the Website and use of the Services, and shall also apply to these T&C. Remaps may from time to time unilaterally decide to change these T&C, provided that such changes will not impose additional obligations on You. Legal
